R2R are a fast-growing company, committed to making changes and breaking through industry ‘norms’. We want to make a difference in this industry and will continue to make steps to do this with each project we work on.
R2R has come from a unique place with our two Company Directors, Damian and Kay Walsh, both having a strong industry related background. Damian has over 30 years’ experience with building works, property maintenance and fire stopping. Kay was an experienced Property Manager prior to setting up R2R, so she can fully appreciate the role that our clients fulfil.
We have found by combining our directors’ backgrounds we have formed a company which not only is highly skilled in the work we carry out, but also have a unique insight into the role of our clients. Ensuring that we deliver a service which would not only support those we work for, but help to build lasting relationships through excellent communication and going that extra mile for our clients.
Our ethos is ‘R2R- A Company That Cares’, all of us at R2R, carry this with us with every project we work on.
We want to bring a modern, fresh approach to working in the fire industry, using our extensive knowledge, gained through our BlueSky and BM Trada accreditation, we want to help our clients by working transparently and openly, sharing our knowledge and expertise.

OUR OFFICES
R2R operate out of serviced offices that are located in Stevenage. This is where our operations and administration side of the company is based. We also have a large unit nearby which is where we store our fleet of vehicles and equipment, and the training for our teams take place.
